We are pleased to announce that the pool at Dovefield Condominiums will be opening this Friday, April 17—and in record time!

As we begin the season, we ask that all residents and their guests follow the posted pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Please note the following additional guidelines:

No children under the age of 13 are permitted in the pool unless accompanied by an adult.

The pool is for Dovefield residents and their guests only.

No smoking while in the pool.

If you are driving to the pool, be mindful of the strict towing policy

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in respecting these guidelines. Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming pool is a shared responsibility, and we thank you in advance for helping us start the season off right.

We hope you're doing well. We wanted to let you know about our recent decision to discontinue the current pest control service we've been using. After a lot of feedback and a detailed review of their records, we found that they were only servicing about 10 out of our 128 units. We also noticed that their prices were increasing, and given the relatively low cost of pest control products, it seemed more reasonable and efficient to let homeowners manage this individually.

We understand that this might be a change, but the funds we save will be redirected toward crucial maintenance like roofing, which is essential for maintaining our insurance and keeping our community in great shape.
